Welcome to KingZone Express! By registering as a seller on our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
This 20% commission is only charged on successful orders - No monthly store fees
Our 20% fee is collected from each successful order. There are no monthly store fees or hidden charges.
Pickup, packing, and delivery responsibilities are handled by us. Sellers only need to provide quality products.
In case of return, the full amount will be refunded immediately. No discounts or partial refunds.
After return, your order listing will be completely cleared. New orders will only be taken after verification.
High-quality, clear photos of each product are mandatory. Take photos from all angles.
Write complete description, specifications, and functions clearly for each product.
High-resolution photos from all angles (front, back, side) are required.
All product features, sizes, colors, and usage instructions must be clearly written.
List fair and market-appropriate prices for all products.
Only list genuine and quality products. Counterfeit products are strictly prohibited.
If a store delivers 10+ orders monthly, it will be included in our premium partners program.
If 5-10 orders per month, the partnership will continue as usual.
If less than 5 orders per month, a Rs. 1,500 monthly fee will apply or partnership may be terminated.
If any store or seller violates policy (such as wrong photos, wrong description), both the store and account will be suspended immediately.
Repeated violations may result in legal action and permanent banning from the platform.
We will pick up products from your doorstep. You don't need to go anywhere.
We will professionally pack products ourselves (with boxes and bubble wrap).
Our own delivery team will deliver your orders to customers' doorsteps.
Only 20% commission on successful orders - no hidden fees.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
KingZone Express reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Sellers will be notified of changes.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
