Store approval typically takes 24-48 hours after you submit all required information. You will receive an email notification once your store is approved. During peak times, approval may take up to 72 hours.

Payments are settled weekly to your registered bank account. COD payments are processed after order delivery confirmation. Digital payments are settled within 7 days. You can track payments in your dashboard under 'Payouts'.

KingZone Express handles all delivery operations through our exclusive Leopards Courier partnership. Once an order is placed, we pick up the product from your location and deliver to the customer. You don't need to handle shipping yourself.

You can upload up to 6 high-quality images per product. Recommended image size is 800x800 pixels or larger. Images should be clear and show the product from different angles.

Yes! You can create and manage multiple stores under one account. Perfect for sellers with different product categories or brands. Use the 'Switch Store' option in your dashboard.

Return requests are managed by our support team. If a product is returned, the payment is reversed and the product is sent back to you. We handle all customer communication regarding returns.

You can track all deliveries in real-time from your seller dashboard. Each order shows current status, tracking number, and delivery updates via Leopards Courier tracking system.

We offer zero commission on first 100 orders! After that, competitive commission rates apply based on product category. All details are transparent in your dashboard.
